Karugano Nyenda translates to ‘A Story I Love’.

This is where Kenyan authors, writers, poets, playwrights, bookworms, avid readers and really, all lovers of literary art convene into a tribe.

 

The aim is to bring to the light just how much talent we have and why we should celebrate, acknowledge and support our literary artists.

Karugano Nyenda (K.N) dreams of a day when our literary artists get back the glory of old, of the times of Ngugi wa Thiong’o, Margaret Ogola, Grace Ogot, Francis D. Imbuga... the list goes on, in a modern fashion, in the modern world.
